I have taken on the challenge of building a school that meets the aspirations and values of the many parents who want to guide their children on the path of inner growth and development of intellectual and physical skills, to become successful specialists in their chosen fields, as well as worthwhile people of integrity.
Our educational philosophy aims to develop skills for a deep understanding of life, emphasizes a keen interest in communication, along with respect for culture and universal values, by shaping and strengthening links between critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
We have created a solid educational structure with an interdisciplinary team, willing to discover the next level of change in the means for social, multicultural and technological realization. We have brought and will continue to bring with us new education experts who can facilitate our access to modern and effective teaching methods, validated at international level, and support us in appreciating, understanding and respecting the uniqueness of each of those who will represent the world in evolution.
Being passionate about entrepreneurship and finance, I became a member of prestigious international professional associations,such as Turnaround Management Association (where I was also a member of the Romanian Board), European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, European Management Association and British Management Association.
To help improve the teaching of entrepreneurial and financial education among young people, I obtained the license as a teacher who can use the Blue Ocean Strategy and Case Teaching Licensing methods, taught in the most prestigious business universities in the world.
I want to give back the gift of education that I received myself, by seeking to discover new meanings and solutions to make Genesis College a solid and modern campus, and one of the most valued learning destinations.

Every day at Genesis College, I feel the joy and honor that comes with the responsibility of receiving and providing learning experiences.
I responded enthusiastically to the beginnings of Genesis College and the proposal to join one of the most daring ideas of educational development: a school campus that honors the unique profile of each student, and takes into account the needs of learning, the new requirements of facilitating information and of a high scale of values, in the spirit of the search for knowledge, inner discipline and orientation towards a higher understanding of life.
Genesis College is today a learning community with high development prospects in the spirit of the International Baccalaureate system, animated by the responsibility to learn and share cultural experiences.
Step by step, we have built a community open to international values, recognized by the most important educational organizations, and we have opened perspectives for hundreds of children and teachers who will carry on the creative imprint of Genesis College.
For me, having the opportunity to participate in the definition of one of the most representative educational strategies, to build innovative programs alongside a team of enthusiastic and open-minded teachers, means the privilege of contributing to the development of a world in which our students will stand out as people with high principles, researchers, specialists or thinkers who have the power to make the world better.
