Tennis or the white sport can be one of the most fun and engaging activities for children. Besides the fact that it helps develop the skeleton and the muscular system, this sport also helps children improve their coordination and reaction time, through various exercises like – running, jumping in order to work the arms and legs, handling the tennis racket. The training system is based on groups of children, which will help them understand the team and the concept of an organized group; children will learn certain rules and have fun with their friends while learning how to play tennis.
