One of the most popular and widely used body modeling and maintenance techniques is Pilates exercises.
The main purpose of the Pilates club is to correct certain positions, to teach the participants to breathe correctly, thus increasing the lung capacity, to obtain an increased mobility of the body and, last but not least, to work the deep muscles.
The pilates club is addressed to all students of the high school classes. The course will take place on a weekly basis, on Tuesdays.
The club is coordinated by instructors of the Multisport Junior team.
